Cultural intelligence has become one of the important metrics to excel in business which is why it is important to educate the employees in Japanese Culture. In the recent past BJIT has provided employees with Japanese Language and Cultural classes conducted by native Japanese instructors. As BJIT Limited frequently expects clients from Japan, besides that BJIT also sends Engineers to Japan Offshore every year, this workshop serves to be helpful to bridge the gap between the cultural differences. Currently BJIT Limited has around 600 employees in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The first batch with more than 100 engineers in 5 sections has started their class. The second batch will be launched soon.
