BJIT Academy hosted one of its most ambitious internal leadership development events to date — the Project Leadership & Governance Challenge 2026, a core initiative under BJIT's Global Delivery Model (GDM) 2026.
More than 90 project managers, BU heads, and leaders gathered for a full-day corporate governance training experience that went far beyond a conventional workshop. Divided into 8 competitive squads, participants tackled real-world project governance use cases, applying structured risk management frameworks, stakeholder alignment strategies, and delivery maturity models under live pressure.
The event featured a keynote from Toshiyuki Ogawa, Corporate Director & Chief Strategy Officer of BJIT Inc., covering modern project risk management and agile delivery excellence. Squads then presented live solutions before a senior judging panel, assessed uncertainty of identification, trade-off analysis, and structured thinking.
BJIT continues to invest in leadership training, professional development, and delivery governance — building the skills that drive quality, schedule, and cost excellence across every project.
