BJIT, Bangladesh’s largest IT service and software development company, has announced a significant partnership with Etteplan, a leading technology service company serving industrial clients worldwide. The deal sees Etteplan acquiring a minority stake, providing both companies with expanded global delivery capabilities and increased access to a wider pool of expertise.

BJIT, a leading IT service and software development company located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Etteplan, an expanding technology service company serving global leading industrial companies, which has acquired a minority stake of 19.99% in BJIT. This strategic investment enhances Etteplan’s global delivery capabilities while providing access to BJIT’s highly skilled and cost-efficient talent pool. Both BJIT and Etteplan are committed to deepening the collaboration, with plans to expand the cooperation into product engineering and technical information services in the future. BJIT, with approximately 800 skilled experts, currently works with clients across Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, the USA, Japan, and Thailand, among other key markets.
