BJIT conducted its global annual general meeting for 2022- 2023. The Board of Directors resolved that the Annual General Meeting will be held in a hybrid manner with the physical and virtual attendance of shareholders, representatives, and employees due to the rising number of COVID-19 instances.

As soon as the outcomes of the previous fiscal year were determined, information on the proposals was approved during the meeting. Around 500+ employees were present for the live broadcast over the Internet when the resolutions were passed and published.

The Annual General Meeting also invited top BJIT officials, including Director of BJIT and Head of Finance Hosna Ara Jasmine, Head of BJIT Academy & Corporate Director Humayun Kabir, Head of Engineering Division, Board of Director & CTO Abul Alam, Head of Legal Alamgir Mostafa, Vice President & CTO, BJIT Corp Feroz Jahangir Rana, Managing Director of BJIT NL Akash Dobber, and COO of BJIT Limited Mehedi Masud to provide a speech on making a revolution in the global IT industry. In addition, representatives from the CEO's office, HR Department, Finance, and Admin departments also shared their valuable insights.

At the annual general meeting, important decisions are taken on the financial statements, a release from liability, the distribution of revenues, the election of the board of directors and auditors, and determining the remuneration and benefits of the employees. BJIT management also shared the upcoming changes in the policy and considered various aspects of creating a favourable career outcome for its employees through exclusive compensation benefits.

The CEO of BJIT, JM Akbar, addressed the Annual General Meeting through a digital presentation in conjunction with the release of the company's growth report. In his remarks, he emphasized that BJIT is driven by a purpose: to make an impactful contribution. This purpose motivates BJIT employees and contributes to the company's mission of being the global leader in professional services. Throughout the past fiscal year, activities focused on bringing the purpose to life—via communication and tech-savvy solutions—have engaged and connected renowned organizations from across the world to do what matters most for BJIT, its employees, and the societies in which they live and work.

Mehedi Masud, COO of BJIT Limited, presided over the meeting and gave a statement in which he praised BJIT for its accomplishments in maintaining its position as one of the finest software outsourcing centres, reflecting a strong service culture that boasts the most diverse 800-employee workforce, from business executives to engineers, to decide on the effective methodology across BJIT's 7 global branches for managing the processes and technologies.

BJIT encourages its engineers to provide value through fostering future leaders and colleagues for global contributions, fostering confidence and trust, preserving honesty, and aiding humankind with innovation. BJIT inspires engineers by motivating them to provide cutting-edge solutions that showcase their special expertise. BJIT will continue to compete with tech titans with the adaptation of more advanced technologies in computer-aided design, the Internet of Things, and other capabilities. As a result, BJIT engineering professionals will expand to lead in the US and Japanese markets, with a larger focus on the European market from the 7 branch offices of BJIT, to accelerate the expansion of technical innovations and their influence on particular sectors and regions throughout the world. These eminent experts discuss the practical aspects of technology's reach into business and commerce from diverse angles.

These values—integrity, great value to markets and clients, devotion to one another, strength from cultural diversity, and advanced technologies—direct these purpose-driven actions. The technology revolution has spread throughout the world, with significant implications for business, government, and the labour market. Aside from offering great service to clients and enriching the skills of the existing engineers. Furthermore, he stated his ambition to grow BJIT to 1,000 employees by the end of 2022.

The core of these remarkable results, according to BJIT, is its increased employee productivity, which is fueled by skill enhancements, made possible through employee training and development by BJIT Academy. As a result, one of the key components of the AGM was to highlight employees who have exhibited and contributed to the development of quality and performance as well as those who have made noteworthy contributions to relevant areas of the improvement of operations and customer satisfaction. The administration, sales and marketing team, engineering division, and human resources department worked together to oversee the recognition program.

BJIT Academy added that employee training is one of the best things an organization can do to boost productivity. Online shopping, remote medical care, video on demand, videophone, and e-mail all enhance people's lives, make them more convenient, broaden the range of social interactions and information exchanges, and boost free time as IT progress enhances people's living standards. Most importantly, BJIT acknowledges that knowledge can now be acquired, transmitted, and used at a level that has never before been possible because of advancements made in super-large capacity storage, information searching, and other technologies. Thus, e-learning by BJIT has transformed conventional learning methods with enhanced learning effectiveness and encouraged lifelong learning, which has sped up the development of human capital and improved the environment for the development of individual skill sets.

BJIT's broad range of services enables it to undertake complete responsibility for another company's production, making them a reliable partner to which companies may outsource production. Brand owners, in particular, may profit from software development outsourcing, which allows them to scale up to meet market demand. BJIT has made consistent investments in securing technology leadership and seeks to quickly automate and digitize operations.

As such, at the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2022–2023, BJIT committed to offer high-quality product development, software deployment, and end-of-life services. Tight cooperation throughout the first stages of the product design is one of the major success factors for both BJIT and its clients. Customers may decrease time to market and costs by selecting the finest materials and production processes thanks to continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment collaboration.
