While there are always increasing opportunities created through digitalization, it is also important to absorb all the required knowledge and expertise to conduct those effectively. Digital skill and the right mindset of learning with adaptability is very crucial. Women should be encouraged and supported with proper accessibility towards digital skill development and should be ensured to contribute to IT development. This not only helps in breaking the stereotypes and bringing in broader perceptions and an overall equity mechanism is also impacted with a reflective direction. This creates a balanced workforce and employee sustainability and has an effective contribution towards the reputation and brand valuation of a company.
With a glorious journey of 20 years, BJIT has performed impressively as a global software development and IT consultancy company. Since our beginning we have been dedicated to serving the best quality services and maintaining global standards while enhancing local resources. BJIT has been a great contributor to the development of the IT industry in Bangladesh.
